Greeting Cards will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (no tracking).
All Other items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (fully tracked).

Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of our control as to when it is delivered.

2nd Class within 3-5 working days.
Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days.

We are not responsible for any delays faced by Royal Mail, and Royal Mail kindly ask you wait 10 working days until contacting them to file a lost mail claim.

All orders selecting Next Day Guaranteed Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm (fully tracked, and requires a signature upon delivery).
Where possible we'll also aim to process these within 1 working day of your order being placed.

Royal Mail guarantee that your order will arrive by 1pm the following day after dispatch (including Saturday).

Special Delivery orders will require a signature to accept the delivery.

Please ensure somebody will be available to accept and sign for the order.
Special Delivery items cannot be left with a neighbour or in your 'safe place'.

Your order will be fully tracked and you will receive a unique tracking reference number once the order has been dispatched.

If nobody is available to accept & sign for the Special Delivery item, it will be taken back to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, where
they will either try to redeliver the following day or you may be asked to reschedule the delivery or collect the item from the Delivery Office.

Any orders posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class do not have any tracking details.

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 include a tracking number with full tracking details.

Orders sent via Special Delivery include a tracking number with full tracking details.

All Greeting Cards will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard.
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 7-21 working days after dispatch.
No tracking information will be available.

All other items will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery is estimated to arrive within 7-21 working days after dispatch.
Full tracking information will be available subject to the service offered in the destination country.

Our items are priced excluding Import Duties. Import Duties will be calculated and added at Checkout.

Your items will be delivered via a Postage Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) Service, where we will have pre-paid the Import Duties to Customs & Border Protection (CBP) in advance of delivery being made to you.
