Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership

Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership is only available to customers within the United Kingdom.

1. By subscribing to our Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership, you authorise payment on a monthly basis for the subscription fee.

2. We commit to providing the benefits (to all applicable products; Cake Charms, Cake Decorations, Cake Toppers & Cupcake Toppers) outlined
on the Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership page, and will provide at least one week's notice if services will be unavailable for foreseeable reasons, along with a timeframe for services to resume, to the email address provided upon commencing your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership.

3. You are free to cancel your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership at any time by visiting your account here.
We will not provide a refund for any portion of subscription fees paid prior to your cancellation.

a. If you choose to cancel your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the billed period (i.e.
a most recent payment date of 17th January 2025 would continue to receive Membership benefits until 16th February 2025, regardless of when in the period the cancellation is requested.

b. If you choose to cancel your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership within the first 14 days (often referred to as a "14 day cooling off period"), and you have not received any of the detailed benefits, we will issue a full refund.

c. If you choose to cancel your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership within the first 14 days (often referred to as a "14 day cooling off period"), and you have received any of the detailed benefits, we will not issue a refund of any value.

4. Your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership is to be used solely by the Member/Subscriber.

5. Should you choose to restart your Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership after any previous Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership has ended, your
loyalty discount status will be reset.

6. We reserve the right to cancel any Boldly Whittle Cake Club Membership, without notice, should we (Boldly Whittle) deem that your membership benefits have been abused, for example (but not limited to): sharing your Membership Benefits with somebody else, or enabling somebody else to access your Membership Benefits.
